This section is a rundown on some quick tips and tricks on how to more easily create accessibly formatted speech docs. Please try to follow these instructions. (This how-to applies to Verbatim)
1 Open the document you wish to make accessible.
2 At the bottom of the document create a new "Pocket" using verbatim.
3 Copy and paste the first tagline into the new section.
4 Open a new blank word document.
5 Copy and paste the first card into the blank document.
6 Open Advanced Find and Replace (if unsure how to do this for your version of Word look it up).
7 Select the More Options (it should be an arrow on the bottom left of the menu).
8 Under the "Format" dropdown select "Highlight".
9 Towards the top of the menu check the box "Highlight all items found in".
10 Press the "Find All" button.
11 Close the dialog box.
12 Copy and paste the selected text under the tag you previously pasted

13 Select all of the text you just pasted and use the "Condense" Verbatim tool.
14 Continue the process for all the tags and cards in the aff.
